As an introduced partner
You bring me in to build and manage a specific part of the client’s software. We agree on responsibilities and communication before work begins.

We scope the initial development, launch or transition, and continuing updates and management.
If the engagement includes an associated workflow or platform operation, we make that part of the scope too. You know which part of the client’s business I’m responsible for and how the ongoing work will be handled. Where the client needs senior technical decisions as well as the build, I make them under the arrangement we agree.
Keep the relationship clear.
I respect the relationships you bring me into. We agree who communicates with the client, how the work is presented, and the confidentiality and ownership terms before starting.
I don’t approach your client independently of that arrangement.
